Hey everyone im playing carbon and allof a suden it will freeze or travel to a black screen temps are moral but VGA temp is around 5 witch is normal for a vid card., but however it des this is my vid card RMA?
Umm whats wrong?
Black blind (without resetting the computer) is definitely a video card problem. Could be something cause by a cold solder joint or loose nouns somewhere on the card that disconnects once the card heats up, which would explain why it happen after you've been playing for a while.

Did you connect the wires properly ? Hope you didn't try to vacuum it that can annihilate through static . Most or all empire use canned nouns to blow off dust and such.
Also
Static electricity from your body can ruin the
electronic components surrounded by computers.
Make sure nothing get bumped loose. If the RAM is not seated properly the computer will not turn on.

ubuntu on my laptop?
I'm positive if you can run Windows XP you can run Ubuntu. Just remember you may have to install some drivers because it is an elder computer.Ubuntu is a Linux based operating system so within are differences between Windows ans Linux.
Yes you can install ubuntu
Ubuntu may be able to run adjectives the hardware it is pretty good - if it doesn't I would entry it unlikely that unbuntu drivers have be specificaly written for this model machine
I`ve installed ubuntu on my spare Pc and it works concrete good.
Any drivers I needed, I downloaded them from this website, they enjoy 1,0000`s of drivers for your PC.

Type of processor slot?
Is a processor resembling a video card and only fits into a solid type of slot or can all processors fit within your PC?
Type of processor slot?
there are lots of different slots a video card have 3 basic slots a pci slot, agp slot and pci express slot, and in attendance about 50 different slots for processors explicitly if you count all the ancient ones lol.. if you have any other question feel free to letters me.
There are several different types of processor slots. Not only that, but motherboards may enjoy the slot type you're looking for, but it may not be able to manipulate the CPU you're looking at.
Processors are pretty tightly coupled to the motherboard - you can't exactly swap them out (except for another of the same benevolent but possibly different specifications) like video cards.
Yes, it's resembling a video card.
There are many types of processors and several types of motherboards which are created to support them.
If you have a processor but do not know what type of motherboard to purchase and want to screw on the motherboard yourself, I suggest that you bring the entire workstation setup to a reliable computer shop instead.
Let the guys sort out everything for you. Even though a certain motherboard can support a particular processor, sometimes there are trustworthy known issues next to a certain combination of processor and motherboard. Thus if something go wrong, they can simply do some testing and recommend another type of motherboard instead.
Also, computer parts are sensitive and all right, attaching the wrong processor to a motherboard might fry your entire computer.

Two projections screen from one computer?
Can someone convey me how to set up two projection screens from one computer, PowerPoint with the sole purpose? Do I need special hardware to do this? Thanks.
Two projections screen from one computer?
I am guessing that you close-fisted dual screen support (displaying 2 separate window into 2 different video source). If so, you will need a video card that can support dual-screen. You can try-out it by doing this on your desktop. Right-click on desktop then moved out click on Properties. Click on Settings tab. If it displays 2 monitors, then you enjoy dual screen support. If not, progress your local computer store and ask for one.
yeah, my nephew has his set up that road. you need some gentle of special graphics card. I'll ask him when he gets home from arts school...email or im me later if you don't attain a more accurate answer
