The baby grand # wipe is kaput. Tried a bunch of stuff beside no luck.?

I'm running a home Windows XP and using the resourceful keyboard. I've tried: turning the num lock on and sour, using a USB keyboard, tried reinstalling the drivers, tried another upright, tried putting the keyboard plug into the mouse plug (I be desperate!), and finally I tried standing on my head and burping the ABCs backwards three times. None of those things worked. Any minister to would be appreciated!

Specific keys broken on Keyboard

Here are the steps to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Remove and reinstall the Keyboard Driver from the Device Manager. Install Keyboard/Battery Controller Firmware Updates, if available.

2. If the issue still persists, run a Keyboard Test to confirm the status of the Keyboard. Visit this join for details:

NOTE: The URL mentioned above will take you to a non HP Website. HP does not control and is not responsible for information outside of the HP Web site.

3. If the Keyboard fail the Test, try removing and reseating the keyboard once. Suggest this simply if the Computer is out of warranty and comfortable with that steps. Or else suggest the Customer to contact ASP or replace the baby grand with a brand new one.

If the Computer is under warranty, arrange a Mail-In Repair Service. Don't suggest Keyboard replacement for warranty Customers, because Keyboard is not an EU Warranty Replacement Part.

Good Luck and Happy Browsing...........
