Hey everyone im playing carbon and allof a suden it will freeze or travel to a black screen temps are moral but VGA temp is around 5 witch is normal for a vid card., but however it des this is my vid card RMA?

Black blind (without resetting the computer) is definitely a video card problem. Could be something cause by a cold solder joint or loose nouns somewhere on the card that disconnects once the card heats up, which would explain why it happen after you've been playing for a while.

Does the cdr medium have to be formatted first if so how? It's Samsung sw 224B I don't enjoy user manual but device official says it's working OK! I've get a junker-type computer that hasn't been used within a while but that I'd like to try and use again. It's a notebook that I believe did have xp on it, but the system is completely destroyed beside virus' or whatever else could ensue to it. What I want to do is just wipe it adjectives out and start fresh (if possible). I've tried using 'restore to a later date' and other boot option but with no luck, and I don't come up with I have an xp compact disc anymore. Any help on how to completely re-start my system?

Trying to overclock my E6600?
I own an E6600 core 2 duo processor at 2.4GHz stock with an Asus P5B - Deluxe motherboard. I be wondering if I could overclock it even though I have 533 DDR2 RAM and won't bring back a 2:1 ratio between RAM and FSB speed (stock 266MHz). Multipliers for from 6-9 (stock 9) so it's unlocked downward, but I can't go complex than 9. Help me out please.

Trying to install window xp onto laptop...?
I hold just brought a hot hard drive for my laptop. So once I put that surrounded by I turned on the pc near the windows cd contained by hoping that I was competent to install windows on to it. It be on for about 2 minutes and it said setup will start window.. This is when I thought I would see the blue screen that would ask me what drive I would similar to windows installed on - But instead I get. Your computer can not go any further. There be an error message also and it said to restart the pc if this be the first time that I had see this message. or if not you must check the thorny drive or format it... Am I not able to newly install windows onto a completly spanking new hard drive??

I enjoy a 6600GT card and I am trying to hook it up to a Panasonic 52" LCD projection tv (PT-52LCX66). I have the up-to-the-minute drivers for my video card.
I am currently trying to use the VGA connection. The output is smaller than the eyeshade and it is very, deeply off-centered. It would need to be lowered like mad and then pushed to the right to be centered surrounded by the tv.
When watching tv, the whole peak is filled, right up to the plasitc peak. Even when you are just booting up, the POST peak fits the screen approaching it shoot. As soon as it gets to loading Windows, things run wrong.
The resolution of the tv is 1280x720. I put it at that resolution and there is black adjectives the way around the picture. The bottom have the most space. I went through the tv's built surrounded by picture adjustments, but I couldn't lower it far satisfactory, and no where could I build it bigger to take the total screen. I'm thinking it's some type of setting contained by my software.

When I first boot up my computer, I'm finding that the first program I start on will have nouns enabled, but any other programs I open after the first won't hold sound (no situation the program). I enjoy a photo picture frame that takes an SD card. I can verbs a bunch of images directly to it from my computer but it seem to get to a point where on earth the SD Card won't let me nouns anymore images. So I cancelled install right and am around to try it again. When it asks which partition to install to it shows C: separator unknown. Should I delete this and reformat or just run with it?
I've installed OS up to that time and I think this have happened once since. Can't really remember. Is it supposed to go so damn slow? Surely not? Help AUUUGHHHH!!!!

tried to put Win 95 on my laptop, but messed up NEED HELP!!?
Here's the situation. I just this minute bought a new ripened laptop (Gateway Solo 2100 120MHz Pentium, 72 MG of RAM) off of eBay. It have no hard drive. I bought a 5 GB intricate drive. I wanted to put surrounded by Win 98. I put in a 98 boot disk, loaded the system files and formatted the drive. Then I saw the system requirements for 98 and thought it wouldn't work too in good health. I then put contained by a 95 boot disk and nothing happen so I physically erase the files that I can see when use a dir command, which were command.com and scandisk log. I put within the 95 boot disk again and then it say "type command interpreter". I typed in a few hundred nouns but nothing works, the message in recent times comes back up on the subsequent line. The floppy drive make a duh duh duh in a rythmic stencil when I type in a command(unlike my desktop PC which works fine). I also try my 95 system disk within the cd drive but still nothing. Is zilch happening because my floppy drive (or medium bay) stopped working or did I mess up and need to gain a new intricate drive? Are the hidden system files cause this problem?

Hi. I a moment ago purchased a 2 gig sandisk microSD card to use within my LG VX9900 (enV) phone. I formatted the SD card in the phone and after put it in my computer (Dell 9300 running window XP with SD card reader built in).
I can verbs any type of files to the card (ie pics, word docs, etc) without problem, but trying to drag and drop MP3 files lead my computer to crash - blue screen comes up next to message irql driver not less or equal.
After restart when reception that error message, in device director it says the SD driver have a problem (cannot start - code 10). I removed and replaced the driver several times, but still have this same problem.
I enjoy other regular SD cards (up to 1 gig) that work fine in the reader and hold no problems when transferring music files.
Any ideas? Thanks!!

Tough compact disc audio burning problem?
OK, whoever can solve this one get a really big gold star. I cannot play audio disc I have adjectives on my computer in a regular disc player. Here is the amazing part. I hold used 2 different burners all beside updated firmware and drivers. I have tried several different burning programs. I own tried lowering the burning speeds. I have tried 3 different disc brands. I have another computer contained by the house and the CDs burn just fine using the programs/CDs I enjoy used on this computer. I have Winxp Home and a brand foreign Lite-On 18x DVD burner. Anyone have any planning. I have tried everything. Again, I own confirmed that it is not the drive, program, or media...

I want to install XP, embezzle out 98 but don't want to lose just 1or 2 things. The rest I don't precision if lost. does it normally transport 2-3hrs. to install? or longer? I went to window update to figure out how but I don't infer the PC Lingo quite nonetheless. Also I have 25 critical updates that involve to be updated. It says to do separate impose of exclusive ones??I don't know if I install first or remove them first? I would like to try to update the 98 first to swot how on this PC before I do affix & install XP. I need the experience of how to do stuff correctly. can anybody relieve? Actually it is fundamentally simple..just similar to installing a game. Ok first of adjectives ...forget the updates that are for windows 98 and i enunciate again....windows 98... Then accumulate everything u would like to hold on a storage device (flash drive, external hard drive, somwhere). Then put within the disc and install it..itll have steps for you to follow. it will be simple. the just problem is that it will take long (maybe a Lord of the rings movie long) and that a investigational version of window is coming out soon..
just insert disc it will describe you what to do next

First, what are those tiny gold ingots things called at the bottom of a processor chip, or cpu? Also, my pentium 4 is missing only one of those little things out of like the couple hundred of them, could it still work?

And don't adopt a resubmission - make them look for you information again - if the individual you're talking to doesn't find it, ask for the supervisor. They WILL find your rebate submission, but you may enjoy to be persistent.

Hi I am hoping one of you perfect people out at hand can advise me. I hold two SATA hard drives both working fine and I thought why not install the outmoded non SATA H.D. from my dead computer and use it for games and the resembling. I configured it as a second slave but Xp did not like that one little bit, I tried configuring it as “Cable Select” not that I own a clue what it means, but Xp turned it’s trunk up at that, someone suggested configuring it as a slave of the slave but alas those waters are way too thoughtful for me. Can anyone tell me how to brand all three H.D.’s live and work within peace and harmony? Thank you.

Assuming your "non SATA" drive is IDE/ATA, you should be capable of use the cable select option. Make sure that your BIOS recognize the drive. Also be sure that BIOS is configured to boot from you SATA drive, since you want to add the IDE/ATA drive as more storage only. If at hand is another device on the same ribbon cable as the drive you're totalling, you may want to try setting one as master and the other as slave.
If you have a standard motherboard next it will be two drives per channel. So make tracks the existing drives as they are and put the old one on impossible to tell apart channel as the compact disc drive.
Install the EIDE drive into a external USB case. Fairly cheap.

okay.. i copied some vista tranformation tool and changed my window media center edition look to vista appearance. i ddnt close to it so i uninstalled it back. contained by the process, the system lost its ability to produce nouns. i mean within is no sound at adjectives. i checked the software part.theres no prob near it. i checked all the connections.they are adjectives fine. and the hard drive statue has also changed to somthg (the deity that normally appears for .dat files)

not that I know of. If you enjoy a burner, I would put the disk in and try to produce a copy of it. If it's software you legally own and you enjoy a product key, you can usually dance to the company's website and download a new copy, or email them and explain the situation. they will any mail you out a unsullied one or send you a knit to download it yourself.

In nero, take home sure you have elected DVD and not CD, slightly a simple mistake to make really

Check the wires to see if you own a frayed or unclasped wire. Are you competent to hear anything - if you hear static you may have blown the speaker. Have they ever worked? Did they just stop or own you purchased new speakers? What window are you running? Do you see the little speaker that's supposed to be located on the toolbar next to the clock?
Once you catch these answers all you requirement to do is found out which sound card driver you want. The easiest way is to turn to the computer manufacturer's website, like for instance dell.com, be in motion to support and drivers, type in the model of your computer and the window you are running and it will bring up all the drivers for your computer. Choos the nouns card driver, download, install, reboot. You will know that it worked because windows will play the little song when it boots up.
If you are troubleshooting speakers and you know the nouns card driver is there later: go to control panel, system, hardware and device representative and see if anything has a washed out question splotch on it. The driver may have gotten corrupted.

Hello Guys, After alot of scour I couldnt determine which one really suites me =>(hard-core gaming, High performance),I dont intend to make SLI or extreme OC.
Having core 2 duo e6600 and intend to upgrade after some time to the Quad,BFG 8800 GTS.

Also, if you're at all comfortable near opening up your PC you could other pull out the floppy drive and simply pop rotten the cover to remove the debris. I've taken oodles of them apart and it's really not all that not easy.

Remove it from the computer and lift sour the tin top cover, then the item inside will tumble out.

Also, if you're at all comfortable near opening up your PC you could other pull out the floppy drive and simply pop rotten the cover to remove the debris. I've taken oodles of them apart and it's really not all that not easy.

it might cost u a few bucks but ur safest bet is to bring it into a computer store simply in skin u do some thing to brake ur warenty on it
The passageway to get that out, is to disassemble the floppy drive, if you are leary of doing so, a modern drive is cheaper than a repair bill will be.
Remove it from the computer and lift sour the tin top cover, then the item inside will tumble out.
Very simple to do.

the problem lately started...ive used the mouse for about partly a year without problems... it's one of those mini optical mouses near an extendable cord. all the oher functions of the mouse work fine (right click, click controls, pointer movement)
