Two PCs at once? Double the firepower?

I enjoy two desktop PCs and I'm wondering if I can boost performance by unite them both for use as a single unit. In other words, exchange cards the two together, output to a single monitor, with a single the ivories, and through this, improve the working and speed this way -- hold two processors working at once.

Two PCs at once? Double the firepower?

Stick to fixin sandwiches! You are within dreamsville! You could tie a sack of them together and all you would extension up with is a sack of slow PCs!
No. The two processors and sturdy drives cant be combined unless they are in alike tower.
you wont be using two processors at once though. if you got two pcs network together, you will have to hook up the monitor to one of them. but if you access a program on the computer next to the monitor it will use its own processor, not the other processor. the only pre-eminence to this setup would be the extra hard drive space.
You obligation special software to take plus of computers connected in parallel. Perhaps university and research institutions have software for this sensitive of computer set up. But it's not something you can buy in a store.
That is hopeless, because the two desktop computer doesn't sync together in a opening for combine speed.

Dual processing only occur when in a motherboard can support two slots of processor plus... when another motherboard or card containing more processor slot are stacked. This one and only work for server type desktop and advance that are out nearby are not for the general public. Search for Roadrunner server on the internet for these information.
No, the one and only way is to use a motherboard that supports two CPU's.
