TigerDirect?

Has anyone have problems with getting your rebate from OnRebate.com,which I found out is connected to TigerDirect.I will no longer buy from them and they won"t let me unsubsdribe from their e mail.

TigerDirect?

Tigerdirect.com is notorious for denying rebate. The issue a lot of the time is the wording of what they want you to submit. They require you to follow the instructions EXACTLY AS WRITTEN. If they don't read aloud whether to staple the forms together or not, don't staple. If they say staple them, do it. Also, they typically build you jump through silly hoops similar to writing in adjectives caps. Recently, they be taken to court because of this and lost a pretty big settlement. After the judgment, they merely outsourced their rebates to OnRebate.com.

If I be you, I'd call the hot chain listed on the rebate form and complain. And don't adopt a resubmission - make them look for you information again - if the individual you're talking to doesn't find it, ask for the supervisor. They WILL find your rebate submission, but you may enjoy to be persistent.
I reported them to their state attorney nonspecific and they finally sent the rebate, they at first refused to honor.

I own stayed away from them, cause who desires the hassle?

Tell them to unsubscribe you, otherwise report them for S P A M.
