i am building a investigational pc and wondering what videocard is the best

i be thinking ATI X1950PRO EXTREME 512MB GDDR3
or Geforce 7950GT KO 512MB GDDR3 or does annyone have anny other suggestions surrounded by that pricerange, should go on intel core 2 duo 2.4 ghz beside 2 Gb memory
to manny videocard choices?
The new 320MB GeForce 8800GTS are right around $300, so I would suggest taking a look at those.
