I own defragmented,erased cookies and history and my computer is still running so slowly..its worse than dial up.when i go through the control panel to win to disk clean up and click on it.it doesnt work.i clicked on disk verbs up when i went to bed and when i get up it was still on equal thing.i inevitability to know how to fix this problem and to make my puter faster.
The disk cleanup piece on my gadget isnt working...how can i fix it and find it started again?
To speed up your device, run an anti-spy progran such as Spybot 1.4 (free) and an anti-virus program such as AVG Free Edition anti-virus. I think that this will speed your computer up substancially. If Disk cleanup doesn't work after running these programs, you will necessitate to re-install windows... no big business deal. Take care.

Diskeeper usually have a download of there defragmenter which is usually better than the porthole version anyway.
Sounds close to you got some nasties conceivably running around. Download the spyware programs and make sure you hold the latest antispy ware defintions downloaded.
My proposal if it takes over an hour to try to procure you laptop running and it still doesn't work after running all the programs, I would remove the files you call for to a thumbdrive or CD and afterwards reinstall windows.
I Think you are runing outdated pc and really low RAM can you tel me what kind of system do you own so we can work it up have nice year!!
