Spoolsv.exe problems cant install printer?

I purely bought a Canon LBP3200 laser printer and during installation i keep getting problems and the installation program shuts down and say like an error message spoolsv.exe problem do you want to report to microsoft?? anyone know how to resolve this ISSUE

here are some steps to repair it

1) Uninstall if near is any existing printer installed from add/remove panel

2) run the following two menus of ccleaner

cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner

issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

Now try to install the printer, if it gives duplicate error then

3) run system directory checker

It will replace any corrupted system file of window
