Taskmanager shows current PF usage and CPU usage; how do I find out current amount of RAM one used?

it's contained by the 'mem usage' column of task representative in the 'processes' tab - or can be determined from the total/available stats within the 'physical memory' section of the 'performance' tab.
There is a free program call " Free RAM PRO" that sits in the tray and tell you how much free RAM you have, and thus by inference you can work out how much is contained by use. It can be set to report on C.P.U. usage and a couple of other things too.
