The computer can not found any frozen disk drive when boot?
What computer are you using?
Check that your rock-hard drive is being detected by BIOS on boot up (black/white start screen). If not next you may have a cable or not easy drive fault. If its detected by BIOS consequently the problem may be configuration.
You may need to do system restore. Go to microsoft for oblige. Good luck
do you have a desktop or a laptop? any way, check it surrounded by BIOS on boot. press either the delete switch or F2 on boot-up. if the hard drive is not detected, you own to reseat the cables if it's a desktop or reseat the drive itself if you own a laptop. if it's still not detected, you'll then hold to replace the hard drive.
good idea to buy a rental car
