S-Video Question?

I want to buy MLB.Tv on my computer motive my cable company does offer it anymore. I'm lower than the impression that I can hook up my computer to the tv near an S-video cable. Now my tv doesnt have an s-video but my digital cable box does, can I hook the s-video cable right into my box instead of the tv? Thanks

It should work as long as you can route the video signal to your TV. However you will capture picture degradation.
Yes, you can. I do alike thing beside my laptop to play DVD. Or, you could go to walmart and acquire a modulator with an S-Video hook-up, and use that if the box doesn't work

I don't think so. I consider the video connectors on the back of your box are output merely. They are used to output a signal into your tv.
The S-Video on your computer, usually doesn't have audio capability. It is output, unless you use a video capture card near S-Video in.
