stopping cup over heat?

not really, administer it a good verbs , run the hoover over the vents , stop overclocking!!
You could buy a full cooling unit for your computer and this should resolve the problem.

I presume that Misco ( www.misco.co.uk ) might have only just what you need!

You can hold a thousand fans surrounded by your computer. The problem is that you need to verbs as much heat as possible sour the cpu. This is done with the warmth sink. The best way to rob heat stale with the warmth sink is to get it as close as possible to the surface of the cpu. You can do this by sand the bottom of the heat sink, until the bottom is shiny and looks approaching glass, consequently bonding it as tight as you can.

Putting more fans contained by can actually engineer your cpu hotter, because the case adherent can counteract the motion of the cpu fan. You must craft sure that the cpu fan is spinning surrounded by the direction that the big case disciple is pulling air. Otherwise, it will basically be slowed down by the more powerful fan.
If your CPU is overheating, extra travel case fans will support alittle, but not anywhere near as much as a well brought-up heatsink and fan.

it depends on what socket you are using but I don`t know look at an artic cooling freezer pro 64, but be carefull what you buy it must fit your socket type. Also you will need to put on some thermal compound when you metamorphose the HS&F.
