I have need of it because my CD burner is ruined and i need hastily a burner to burn some important files. Also it would be better if i buy a DVD burner instead of a Cd one because that style i can't burn both formats.

I wouldn't go cheapest. As the price of combo dvd writers are one and only around $35US, I wouldn't say that's expensive. LG is a exceptionally good model, I usually enjoy good luck next to them.
About a two weeks ago i got one for 30 bucks at CompUSA. It works fine for me.

Pretty much adjectives DVD burners cost 30-40 dollars. Unless you get a SATA one (which you don't obligation unless you get a motherboard that doesn't own PATA or a slot drive one)
A month ago... I bought an Asus combo DVD burner from www.computermarket.com.au for AU$50.00
Combo means that it can burn both CDs and DVDs.
